Chemistry and ration wise, this is most closely related to the popular Hohm Work2 cell, but in a 20700 form factor. The results in performance and capacity are leaps and bounds over the previous Sherlock chemistry. The Sherlock Hohm cells are rated by Indonesia Chemistry at 3116mah capacity, with a CDR of 30.7A (80oC cut-off limit to 2.5V), and a pulse/peak rating of 47.1A.
