Orders received by 10 am EST typically ship out the same day, if after 10 am orders ship next business day. Please be advised that in store pick up orders are processed and filled Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 11am est, will be filled on Monday.

RETURN POLICY:

Ri Ecig & Vapes is committed to providing our customers with truly phenomenal products.

Any product in its ’original unopened packaging may be returned for a full refund with a receipt within 7 days of purchase date. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Any device that is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer’s defect, may be exchanged within 30 days for another of the same product or for store credit if there is not another of the same product in stock. A receipt is necessary.

This return policy does not cover e-liquids, cartridges, tanks, drip tips, or atomizers. Sales of these items are final.
